Hair Removal
Everyone is different when it comes to hair removal. Your preferred method is a highly personal choice. For that reason we offer a variety of options and if you need any assistance in making the right decision for you, we'd be happy to help and discuss your needs. Including waxing and electrolysis, and IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) hair removal, we ensure total discretion giving you an entirely comfortable experience and leaving you more confident than before. WAXING
We use a variety of waxing methods, including the traditional warm wax, applied with a spatula and removed with a paper strip, suitable for most areas and hair types and hot wax which is applied using a spatula then dried and removed by hand, suitable for more intimate areas, and strong shorter hair. We also use the award winning Lycon system (for intimate waxing) that is designed to make your waxing treatments kinder, being virtually pain free and able to remove hairs as short as 1mm. If you are uncertain as to which is the best method for you, your therapist will be more then happy to advise and can amend your appointment accordingly.

ELECTROLYSIS
Electrolysis permanently prevents hair growth using an epilator device which emits shortwave radio frequencies into the hair follicles. The effect on the hair follicle also causes existing hairs to fall out. Extremely versatile and with a long track record of success, it is considered the most effective method for permanent hair removal. Used mainly on smaller areas such as the face e.g. lip and chin, we generally begin with a 15-minute session and determine future treatment times at that first appointment.

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) provides long term hair reduction to give you smooth and silky skin on all parts of the face and body and is arguably one of the best investments you will ever make in your beauty routine. A dedicated solution for high-volume, large area hair removal, it removes the hassle of razors, stubble and ingrown hairs and is also suited to anyone looking for a more long-term cost-efficient alternative to repetitive waxing.
A full consultation is required prior to any IPL treatment performed.
At your consultation you will receive a patch test to ensure the skin’s suitability of treatment, a review of how the process works and the proposed treatment plan with cost. You will also be taken through pre and aftercare advice. *Charged at £50, the consultation fee is redeemable against the cost of the treatment course. A course of 6 initial treatments is recommended with a gap of approximately 4-6 weeks between treatments, depending on the areas being treated.
